This review is very useful! I am going to suggest it to my readers on the Accessible Travel topic here at Suite101. The last thing a traveller needs is an allergic reaction, and restaurant meals are part of the trip experience.

I always fear that something nasty is going to happen to my food if I send it back, though that may be a myth. I don't think people are that spiteful. But, informing the server ahead of time, and being polite and courteous if a problem does occur would probably prevent something bad from happening.
