When you are newly diagnosed with any allergy it can be challenging. Gluten Allergy or intolerance is no exception.

When I was first diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance, I was over whelmed. I had a headache and started to cry in front of the medicine cabinet wondering what I could take that would hurt me. I was very sad when I realized that I could never eat at Cinnabon again. I still miss cinnamon buns. Things do get better. It is important to stick with a gluten free diet. It does get easier with time.
